''Coleophora paragallivora'' is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in the southern Ural Mountains in Russia. The wingspan is 11-12.5 mm. Adults have a whitish head, thorax and labial palpus with pale beige hue. The forewings are white with light yellowish hue, striped with very pale beige streaks and scattered with brown scales. The fringes are whitish with pale beige hue. The hindwings are pale greyish beige with whitish-light beige fringes.〔(Seven New Species Of The Genus Coleophora Hübner (Lepidoptera: Coleophoridae) From The Volgo-Ural Region )〕 Adults have been recorded from late May to the beginning of June. ==Etymology== The specific name is derived from the Latin ''para'' (meaning equal, like) and ''gallivora'', referring to the close affinity with ''Coleophora gallivora'', especially in the structure of the male genitalia.
